RiverTown
RiverTown is a 4,170-acre master-planned community located in the northwest part of St. Johns County, Fla. Located on approximately 3.5 miles of the St. Johns River, RiverTown has been designed with a vibrant and diverse mix of uses and a walkable residential community with strong ties to the river.
